The Infuse system integrates modern technology with live event experiences, offering users a streamlined and versatile platform. Downloading the app grants access to an immersive portal into Infuse events, serving as an all-in-one resource that prioritizes user convenience.

Members can choose between standard and premium tiers, each providing distinct benefits tailored to enhance the user experience. This tiered structure aims to accommodate various preferences and engagement levels within the community.

Invitation distribution is managed through the app, with premium members assured invitations to all events and standard members placed on a waitlist. Invitations remain active for 72 hours for standard users and up to 96 hours for premium users. Failure to purchase tickets within these timeframes results in invitation expiration, although standard users are eligible for one re-invite, with premium users receiving one free re-invite per event. Re-invites must be used within 24 hours to retain event access.

Users are permitted to purchase one ticket per event through their account. The platform’s myCrew feature encourages social interaction by allowing users to extend invitations to friends—two for standard members and up to five for premium members. Invitations can be managed flexibly before sending, with notifications sent only upon actual dispatch. Once event tickets are sold out, further invitations or re-invites are unavailable.

Event attendance is facilitated via a digital QR code linked to each user’s account. This code consolidates tickets and includes a proprietary currency called eTokens, which can be purchased via the app at any time and used across all Infuse events to buy beverages simply by scanning the QR code.

Infuse continues to refine its approach towards event management, emphasizing technological efficiency and community building. The platform seeks to redefine traditional event experiences by fostering innovation, ease of access, and memorable interactions among attendees.
